16-1 Financial and administration Controller (03)
Responsibilities
financial controller is responsible for overseeing the completion of internal control audits and facilitating changes to the controls when error, or the potential for error or fraud is identified. The controller also manages fiscal operations and has responsibilities that include:
  • Monitoring and controlling cash flow
  • Developing and maintaining a company’s financial policies and procedures
  • Creating and completing financial reporting systems (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual)
  • Identificating risks and managing risks.
  • Selection and maintenance of financial software
  • Overseeing payroll and accounts receivable and payable
  • Completing audits and financial compliance activities
  • Monitoring debt/credit
  • Overseeing payroll and benefits
  • Managing any outsourced financial activities
  • Self-improvement in order to stand more career challenge such as management.
 
Qualification
  • Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
  • With professional accounting qualification or qualified accountant
  • At least 5 yrs accounting & finance experience and 2 year managerial profession
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good command of both English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Interesting and capable of working with peoples from different countries
  • Capable of living and moving cross African and Asian countries


16-2 Agricultural Application Specialist and agro-Engineering (3)
 
AAS is to enforce the acknowledgement and operation of Agricultural and food division, and has the responsibilities that includes:
  • Articulating and reforming policy and plan to realize company’s mission and vision with the team and executives officers
  • Overseeing the execution of such policies to guarantee company’s interest.
  • Identifying risks and control point in Agricultural operations.
  • Techniques study and sci-tech exchange with other scholar-organization such as universities, FAO, and WFP.
  • Maintaining internal and extern professional relation in order to keep reputation of the company.

Qualification
  • Degree holder in agriculture.
  • 2 year professional experiences or master degree holder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
